It is anticipated that “ The stand In” may be bookable at short notice as your - stand in, if you have an audience and venue but no show. Contact us as soon as possible if required at short notice.

Also do you have a Social event, Party, charity fundraiser etc requiring a 50 min sit down entertainment?
“The Stand In” (and coming soon “Dad Almighty”) is available for performance in your venue on request.

Minimum technical requirements

Performance space: empty clean space with wings on each side measuring 4 metres deep by 6 metres wide minimum. Audience should be a minimum of 3 metres from the front of the stage.

Back stage: changing, storage and bathroom facilities. Stage left space for storage and changing with dim lighting.

Sound – Good quality amplifier and speakers, 2 inputs; compact disc player, and sample machine.

Lighting – A rig set up for a good general covering. A leafy gobo would is required for one scene and also a dim red state and blackout.

Time - Get in one-hour, each show 50 mins approx (and interval 15-20 mins if having two shows). Get out 1 hour.

Access – A nearby car park for loading and unloading is appreciated. About 15 large bags and boxes are used to contain the show.
